Based on the well known phpAuctions, we need a complete auction engine, product of vBulletin, with two types of auctions.

A simple interface where members can create their own pages via rss feeds (external sources). I’m aware that some already exists for free – but they are not what I’m looking for. If you have something like this let me know.
