A simple interface where members can create their own pages via rss feeds
(external sources). I’m aware that some already exists for free – but they
are not what I’m looking for. If you have something like this let me know.

Require PHP 5?
ParJiPI was witting some of the base engine (the OOP part) and i was wondering if i should use the PHP 5 standards or allow backward compatibility? If we do require PHP 5, we can make a much powerful engine.
